How do I find my driver at the airport?
I wait in the arrivals hall after baggage claim, holding a clear sign with your name.
Is the airport transfer price fixed?
Yes, a fixed price per car for up to 4 passengers, with tolls, fuel and luggage included. No meter, no surprises.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 2 hours ahead so I can confirm the car and your pickup, and earlier for early-morning flights and high season. For a ride sooner than 2 hours, call or WhatsApp me directly.
How do I pay?
A 20% advance payment (minimum €20) confirms the booking, by bank transfer or card. The balance is paid to me on the day, in cash or by card.

What if my flight is delayed?
I monitor your flight in real time using the flight number you give at booking, adjust your pickup automatically, and wait at no extra charge.
Do you serve the private jet and general aviation terminal?
Yes. As well as the main commercial terminals, I pick up and drop off at the private and general-aviation terminals used for private jets and charter flights at Split, Zadar, Zagreb and Dubrovnik. Tell me your terminal or FBO when you book and I meet you at the right entrance.
Is there free cancellation?
Cancellations more than 72 hours before are fully refundable (minus a €10 card fee if you paid by card). Within 72 hours or no-shows are non-refundable, but you can reschedule any time at no charge.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child and booster seats are free on request. Just mention the child's age in your booking notes.
